About Us
Established in 1969, Reynolds Chartered Surveyors is a privately owned independent practice, specialising in the residential housing market in Jersey. Our primary focus is residential Valuations and Home Surveys but we are also experienced in other surveying disciplines such as defect investigations.
The Company is operated by the Managing Director, Keith Ireland MRICS, who has been with the practice for in excess of 30 years, together with administrative staff.
Our client portfolio includes all of the principal Island lending institutions, which includes the 'high street' Banks and Building Societies. Current and past clients include The States of Jersey, The States of Alderney, legal practices, high street stores, investment companies and individuals. Our experience ranges from simple studio flats through to high value residences.
We maintain professional indemnity insurance in compliance with the RICS requirements, and operate a complaints handling procedure.
