Established in 1969, Reynolds Chartered Surveyors is a privately owned independent practice, specialising in the residential housing market in Jersey. Our primary focus is residential Valuations but we are also experienced in other surveying disciplines such as Home Buyer Surveys and Building Surveys.
The Company is operated by the Managing Director, Keith Ireland MRICS, who has been with the practice for in excess of 26 years, together with administrative staff.
Our client portfolio includes all of the principal Island lending institutions, which includes the 'high street' Banks and Building Societies. Current and past clients include The States of Jersey, legal practices, High Street stores, investment companies and individuals. Our experience ranges from simple studio flats through to high value residences in excess of £10 million.
We operate from modern out of town offices, to which our clients are welcome to discuss any aspects of the services we provide.
We maintain professional indemnity insurance in compliance with the RICS requirements, and operate a complaints handling procedure.
